UNC Charlotte Scholarships for Merit

UNC Charlotte students have varying financial needs associated with the costs of earning a Bachelor’s degree. The University awards in excess of $100 million in financial aid each year by way of scholarships, grants, loans, and work study. To determine eligibility for financial aid, all students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

At UNC Charlotte, scholarships are administered by several departments. The Office of Student Financial Aid maintains a scholarship search database to help students locate and apply for scholarships on campus. Please review the database carefully, as application guidelines, deadline dates, and award offerings will vary significantly between scholarships.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions administers Scholarships for Merit.

To be considered for Scholarships for Merit, applicants must:

  • Be a high school senior interested in attending UNC Charlotte for the fall of 2010.
