Get pumped in the Student Activity Center (aka “The SAC”) or the Belk Gym, or head outside for some hiking or other outdoor challenges.

The SAC has over 2,000 square feet of studio space for aerobics, step, dance, and additional group activities for a foot-stompin', heart-thumpin' workout! Or if weight training is more your thing, the SAC Fitness Center features weight machines and free weights along with cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical machines, reclining bikes, upright bikes, stairclimbers, and rowing machines. The Belk Gym (under renovation for 2014-2015) features over 8,000 square feet of dedicated fitness space and an Olympic sized swimming pool.
