The Admissions Office will be closed on the following dates:

Monday, September 1, 2008 for Labor Day
November 27-30, 2008 for Thanksgiving
December 24, 2008 - January 1, 2009 for Winter Break

We are excited to announce the opening of the new ceremonial Main Entrance to campus on June 26, 2008. The old entrance will no longer be accessible after the new entrance opens. Please note that a traffic signal has been installed at the new entrance and traffic patterns have changed slightly. Visitors to the admissions office should enter campus via the new main entrance on University City Blvd/Hwy 49. In the traffic circle, stay right to take Mary Alexander Rd. to Cato Hall (#48 on the map). Visitors should park in the Visitors section of East Deck 1. For a map of campus, please click here.

Tour Information

To make a reservation for a daily campus tour click here.

Campus visits: Your visit to campus will include an hour-long tour of campus led by a current UNC Charlotte student, an hour-long group presentation by the Admissions staff. To assist us in planning, please reserve your spot on a campus tour by clicking here.

Campus visit times:

Monday-Friday: 2-4 p.m. Presentation and Campus Tour

Saturday: 10 a.m.-noon Presentation and Campus Tour

On the following Open House dates, campus visits will not be offered. Instead, please join us for Explore.

Saturday March 21, 2009
Saturday April 18, 2009

The Admissions Office is also closed on and around various holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. Please check the admissions website main page for these announcements.
